To help young researchers studying at the Chemistry-Biology Interface (CBI) navigate through the multiple career paths available out there, the CBI Career Development Conference highlights a diversity of career choices. This event featured an extraordinary group of mentors that shared their experiences and journeys to find their dream job. It also provided a unique opportunity for students to learn about bench and non-bench career options and to network with scientists working in different career paths.
